Returns and Complaints Policy
At barwaprint.eu, we create products tailored to your needs. Since most of our products are personalized and made to individual order according to your design, return rules differ from standard online stores.
1. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
Important: Custom-made products The vast majority of products in our store (prints, promotional materials with your design, etc.) are non-prefabricated items produced according to the customer's specifications.

B2C (Consumers and Sole Traders with consumer rights): According to the law, for goods made to individual order, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason does not apply.

B2B (Companies): For purely commercial relations (B2B), the right of return without a reason does not apply.
2. Complaints
If the product is inconsistent with the design, has technical defects, or manufacturing errors, you have the full right to file a complaint.
How to file a complaint:

Send an email to: barwa@barwa.pl.

Subject line: Please include the order number and the word "Complaint" (e.g., Complaint – order no. 12345).

Email body: Describe the problem, provide the order number, and specify contact details for the person in charge (if different from the order).

Attachments: Include clear photos of the defect and the entire product.
3. Damaged Shipments

Damage protocol: If the package is visibly damaged, please draw up a damage protocol with the courier.

Reporting to us: If damage is noticed after delivery, report it immediately to barwa@barwa.pl.
