Template
Download the 1:1 PDF template in the calculator after choosing the shape, size and hole. It shows the cut line, the hole and a dashed circle around it. We do not print these lines, they only help you place the design.
Bleed and margin
Extend the background 2 mm beyond the cut line, also on ovals, arches and clipped corners. Keep text and logos at least 3 mm from the cut. Leave the area inside the dashed circle around the hole empty, because that is where we punch the hole.
Front and back
For two-sided printing send a two-page PDF: page 1 is the front, page 2 is the back. For one-sided printing the file has one page. If you order several designs in one run, upload each as a separate file.
File format
Prepare a CMYK PDF with fonts embedded or converted to outlines and images at 300 dpi. Gold, silver and holographic foil need a separate file with the elements to be foiled, which the calculator asks for once you choose that option. You do not send a cut line or a hole file, we generate them from the calculator settings.
