Template
You download the 1:1 PDF from the calculator once you have entered the box dimensions. Each panel is labelled: front, side, back, side. The crease lines and the hatched flap are only a guide, we do not print them.
Bleed and margin
Extend the background 2 mm beyond the outer edge of the sleeve. Keep important content 3 mm away from the cut and from the crease lines. A uniform background may run across the creases, but small text should not.
Flap
The last 20 mm panel is the flap for the double-sided tape. Leave it empty: after folding it hides under the wall and nobody sees it. End the artwork at the crease before the flap.
File format
Send one PDF in CMYK with fonts embedded or outlined and images at 300 dpi. The sleeve is printed on the outside only, so the file has one page. After uploading you see the sleeve in 3D: unfolded and wrapped around the box.
