Diplomas and certificates from your own design
We print diplomas for schools and kindergartens, training and course completion certificates, sports diplomas, thank-you and honorary diplomas. You prepare the design yourself, in a graphics program or in Canva, and we take care of printing and cutting. We do not sell ready-made templates.
A different name on every diploma
You don't have to send a hundred separate files. Choose personalisation in the calculator and upload the design and the list of names as an Excel or CSV file. In the personalisation studio you choose where the name goes, pick a typeface and instantly see a preview of several finished diplomas. The studio also checks the list: it flags a repeated name, an empty row or an odd character before anything goes to print.
In the same way you can add another field, such as the training date, course name or a running certificate number. You can also put a QR code on the certificate that leads to a page confirming its validity. You see the personalisation surcharge in the calculator straight away.
Coated or fine paper
By default we print on 300 g matt coated paper. It is stiff, does not reflect light and takes a ballpoint signature well. You can also choose 250 or 350 g matt coated paper and 300 g silk paper.
For a special occasion, print the diploma on fine paper. Ivory 350 g has a warm ivory tone. Elfenbein 246 g is cream with a linen texture. Tintoretto Gesso 300 g and Century Cotton 220 g have a noticeable texture. Sirio Pearl Ice White 300 g has a subtle pearl sheen, and Olin Rough 300 g resembles white handmade paper.
Format and finish
Most diplomas we print are A4. The smaller A5 works for thank-you notes or children's diplomas, and the large A3 for diplomas to be framed. Portrait or landscape comes from your file. By default we print one side. On a training certificate you can also print the back, for example with the course programme.
On coated and silk paper you can laminate the diploma with matt or soft-touch film, which protects it from dirt and feels velvety. If the diplomas will be signed by hand, leave them without film.
Diplomas with gold foil
If the logo, title or a decorative frame should shine in gold, silver or holographic foil, choose the Diplomas with gold foil calculator. We apply the foil onto soft-touch laminate, so it has its own calculator with matching papers.
Quantity, turnaround and price
We print from 10 pcs; the calculator shows 100 by default. One order can contain several different designs, for example a separate diploma for each podium place. Without personalisation we usually ship the next working day, with personalisation one day later. You see the price and turnaround for your configuration in the calculator straight away.
