Design the open sheet
Design the flat sheet as a two-page PDF: page 1 outside, page 2 inside. A4 to DL: 297×210 mm plus bleed = 301×214 mm.
C fold
The panel folding inside must be 2–3 mm narrower. The template from the calculator already has the crease lines shifted correctly.
