To make the production management process as easy as possible for you, we have completely rewritten our configurator. Forget about the old, tedious process of renaming PDF files and manually adding run sizes in emails. Now you control everything intuitively directly from your account.
How does it work in 3 simple steps?

Select the total quantity and number of designs in the calculator on the website: (e.g., total run of 500 pieces, number of designs: 3).

Allocate quantities to specific slots: In the "File Upload" section, the system will automatically prepare separate, numbered tiles for each design. Simply enter the exact quantity next to the given project (e.g., Project 1 – 100 pcs, Project 2 – 100 pcs, Project 3 – 300 pcs).

Upload the file and check validation: An intelligent system bar aggregates your declarations in real time. The message "Total quantity: 500 / 500 pcs" gives you the green light that everything has been divided correctly. Finally, simply drop the appropriate files (PDF, TIFF, or JPG) into the print zone.
💡 Business Tip from barwa.pl: All projects uploaded by you go into our permanent file archive. If in a few months you run out of, for example, just 50 pieces of one label variant, you do not have to go through the configuration process again or look for files on your hard drive. You will resume production of exactly that small series in a few seconds.
