1. Artwork & Payment Verification
Before the printing presses roll, we must ensure everything is correct. This is both a formal and a technical stage.

Received – Your order has entered our system (verified files are already in our archive) but has not yet been checked by our team. It is in the queue for production capacity confirmation and scheduling.

Awaiting Files – Your files failed the technical validation (we detected printing errors or non-compliance with specifications) or were not uploaded. Please check our message, upload the corrected artwork, or contact our customer service.

New Files Uploaded – The system has registered that you uploaded new, corrected files after a previous rejection. The order is now awaiting re-verification by our prepress graphic designer.

Awaiting Payment (Przelewy24) – The order has not been paid, or the transaction was interrupted. Production will not start until the payment is cleared. Even if you have uploaded the files, the order will not proceed to the next stage.

Awaiting Payment (Bank Transfer) – You have selected payment via proforma invoice. We are waiting for the transfer confirmation or for the funds to be credited to our account. Please send the transfer confirmation to barwa@barwa.pl so we can take action.

Awaiting Production Confirmation – The files have been uploaded and have passed automatic verification. You will shortly receive an email confirming the delivery date.
2. Production Process
Once the files are correct ("green light") and the order is paid, we proceed with manufacturing.

Accepted – The order has been sent to production. The prepress designer is preparing your job for printing (imposition, file ripping). From this moment on, files cannot be replaced.

In Printing – Your job is in the queue on the printing press. The printing process is currently underway.

Finishing / Post-press – The sheets are already printed and have moved to further processing (cutting, laminating, folding, etc.). Note: Depending on the order volume and complexity, this stage can take anywhere from 1 hour to several days.
3. Logistics & Completion
Your order is ready and on its way to you.

Ready for Dispatch – The goods are manufactured, securely packed, and awaiting courier pickup.

Ready for Pickup – Your order is ready for collection at our headquarters. Address: gen. G.S. Pattona 12, Białystok, Poland. You are welcome to collect it!

Shipped (Wysłane) – The courier has collected the parcel from our printing facility. You will shortly receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Completed – The process is successfully finished (the shipment has been delivered or dispatched), and the VAT invoice has been issued.
Exceptional Statuses
Sometimes non-standard situations occur:

On Hold – We have stopped the order at one of the production stages (e.g., to clarify sudden doubts). Please contact us if the status does not change for a long time.

Cancelled – The order will not be processed and has been closed in the system.
